🍦EVENT SCHEDULE:

1:00PM to 9:00PM: Event begins + Swimming hours

(private location allows for nude or topless swimming or for content, if desired #notanlines).

6:00PM-9:00PM: Dinner

9:00PM+: VIP After Hours

🍦PARKING:

Parking is permitted anywhere on N. 17th Ave and W. Acoma Dr. streets located in front and adjacent to the house.

**Please respect the new neighborhood and keep conversation volumes at the lowest level when transiting to and from your vehicle around other residential properties.**

🍦SECURITY:

Sundae will have his team provide certified armed security throughout the event. Please note that before entering the property your name will be checked against the guest list. Prohibited items include: weapons, firearms, knives, as well as methamphetamine and fentanyl substances.

🍦GENERAL VENUE CONSIDERATIONS:

420 friendly (outside only). Vaping permitted (inside and outside). By attending this event, you acknowledge and accept all personal risks, and you agree not to hold Sundae and/or his associates liable for any damages, injuries, or deaths to yourself or other guests.

**Under no circumstances are you allowed to loiter or shoot in front of the house at any time.**

Be safe, considerate, and respectful of the property and other guests. Drama and unsafe practices will not be tolerated. Let's ensure a fun, productive, and safe experience for everyone!
